The interest rate and annual percentage yield for your account depend upon the applicable rate tier. The interest rate and annual percentage yield may change. We may, change the rate on the account at any time, and completely at our discretion. The annual percentage yield and the interest rate for your account will be as disclosed above, depending on the tier you select. Any withdrawal will reduce earnings. You must also maintain this amount in your account every day in order to avoid imposition of maintenance fees amounting to $25.00 per monthly statement cycle.

Interest will be compounded daily and credited to your account monthly. If you close the account before interest is credited, you will receive the accrued and unpaid interest.

We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. Interest begins to accrue on the business day a deposit is made.

Transfers from a Money Market Deposit Account to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, or telephone transfer are limited to six per monthly statement cycle with no more than three of these by check, draft, or similar order to third parties. A $15.00 excessive withdrawal fee will be charged for each withdrawal that exceeds these transaction limits. Repeated excessive withdrawals may result in account reclassification.

This account will be considered dormant if, for 12 months, you have made no deposits or withdrawals to the account. Dormant account fees are $5.00 per month to a maximum of $60.00
